MNVAnno is a toolbox for genome-wide rapid identification and detailed annotation of complex MNVs.
This website consists of three modules:
On the 'Analyze' page, users can conduct online identification and annotation of MNVs by uploading phased VCF files.
On the 'Document' page, users can view the function introduction of MNVAnno, download and installation,
how to run, input and output format, and how to build libraries.
On the 'Download' page, users can download the latest version of MNVAnno and annotation libraries.
